Web Fax Server service-safety
Web Fax Server service enables service providers to offer fax interception and transmission to their subscribers. By using a Web client, the subscriber can view his fax messages and set his own routing rules for incoming faxes. In addition, the Web Fax Server Service can route incoming faxes to any email account. The user receives the incoming fax as a regular email with the fax as a TIFF attachment. The user is then able to print, save and forward the fax – similar to what occurs when a regular email with an attachment is received. Subscribers can also be notified immediately of the arrival of a fax through SMS and/or email notifications.
Web Fax Server Service enables subscribers to send out fax messages. Faxes can be sent from a PC by using a web-based client and/or directly from any standard email client to a designated fax domain . The fax can be sent to a single, or several fax machines simultaneously (broadcast). The subscriber can also attach any document, add text and a cover page which will be automatically converted to images and transmitted as fax pages. This service also provides confirmation that the fax has reached its destination successfully.
